Professional Programs

Pre-professional programs are designed to prepare individuals for advanced study in related areas. The Kinesiology program at MSU-Meridian has a science based emphasis in Clinical Exercise Physiology, which encompasses communal course work in anatomical kinesiology, biomechanics, exercise physiology, exercise psychology, anatomy & physiology (human anatomy and human physiology for meeting medical programs/schools prerequisites) motor control, motor learning, exercise physiology, chemistry, and other sciences dependent upon desired professional route. From this broad human biological and physiological science base, students enrolling in MSU-Meridian’s kinesiology program will be exposed to a broad base of knowledge, better preparing them for health care related areas.
